Jagten på Competas palmer // The hunt for the palm trees of Competa
A handmade photobook by Sille Juline Høgly Petersen, Copenhagen 2020 Editions: 10 + artist edition 750 kroner Based on my own experiences, this is a closer look at the human tendency to chase the feeling of happiness, the feeling that something could be better – and therein perhaps a longing to feel the meaning of life, which is often contrasting, genuine and contains far more than the shade of the next palm tree.
